‘Red Sugar’ l'album de Winter Family: 12 titres, 69 minutes de sang et de joie, a été enregistré et mixé au TCI de Paris, chez Jean Rochereau aux Ruelles, à Jérusalem (field recordings), à l’église St Martin de Maxéville, à Omaha Beach et ailleurs entre 2007 et 2010. Il a été masterisé par Patrick Klem à Chandler en Arizona. L’artwork est de Franz Vesolt.
