L’Asso des Tontons, it’s an associative collective of assistant and management of the artists in development. We intervene in several domains: the production, the booking, the activity of label, the management, publishing, the strategy and the supports of communication and the treatment of salaries. Our approach is particular, because every artist must be member of our association to be able to benefit from our services.
In parallel contractual commitments the sociable binder by contract, he is also an actor of the functioning of the structure, humanely and financially. So, gathering more than 280 members, around thirty active members, about fifteen associated artists and more than thirty partners - operational, financial - we are in a phase of crucial development today. Our association evolved since its birth. And still grows … We like this associative way of functioning, on the "collective" mode and "the independent". For each of our fields of activity, we go towards outer, private and public operational partnerships (ex: search for a distributor for such or such group, search for a publisher in addition, etc.) so as to keep a responsibility of constant activity but in connection with our human and financial capacity of management.
Our relational meshing fills out from day to day and our small network "pushes" … Today, several artists rely on us. Our objective: provide at needs and at requests of an artist in terms of creation, development, an artistic production and a communications strategy, while protecting its economic interests.
