Worked out by Sebastien Rouiller since 2005 , fruit of multiple and concrete collaborations with other creators and musicians of live performance, the associative TSUKUBA label is officially born in 2009.
The label pursues an aesthetic strong ideal through investigation, confrontation of various styles and opening onto other forms of artistic expressions, new spaces of freedom and creativity.
It proposes a first catalog consisting of 3 original musical projects, with scenic activity in extreme worlds - the inspiration is theatrical, filmographic and choreographic.
Between jazz, free, rock, retro, hard core or electronic languages... The aim of the Tsukuba label is to maintain curiosity and sound experiment, were they musical, contemporary or short-lived.
Thus the way chosen by TSUKUBA is an artistic line mainly focused on the production of new works.
