Created in 96 in Angers, Zenzile is one of the initiators of the French dub scene and their 1st album, "Sachem in Salem" (Mar 99), was the musical proof of it while their 2nd one, "Sound Patrol", is now part of the classics. Approaching dub as a field for experimentation without barriers, the quintet have affirmed their own style, "clear line of dub", instrumental and organic, enriched with vocals by dub-poetess Jamika Ajalon and charismatic Jean Gomis (Meï Teï Shô), and led a flawless route marked with stunningly spectacular live performances.
