Moshpit

Artist

Moshpit, three piece from Montpellier doped up with saturated guitars and insane roarings, signed on the very dangerous New-York label, Industrial Strength...
The witnesses, victims of their sonic violence describe it as a rhythmic gang bang between Atari Teenage Riot and Napalm Death, playing with Prodigy's and Pendulum's sextoys...
Arrested many times (Award of 2005 young talent at the international video clip festival with "We Killed Jah", Discovery of the Printemps de Bourges 2006), suspected to have spread panic in several festivals and European trade shows (Astropolis; Ososphère; Reperkusound; StateX Form, Holland, alongside Aphex Twin; Qwartz Awards on 2006) and firmly supported by noxious Lenny Dee,
this criminal gang (Julien / machines & vocals, Pat / vocals, Yannick / guitar plus Butagaz / video jockey and video clips) looked for by every single police officer belonging to the BPM department, would prepare a new offence.

Code Name: "Follow The Losers". Date of the operation: April, 2008. Format: digipack cd, 13 tracks, with graphic creation signed Niark1, well-known graffiti artist in the underworld.

The major ambition of this very dreaded first lp is to break the established rules, pulverize the musical splits (rock / electronica) and regurgitate the main influences which forged it: Marilyn Manson, Rob Zombie, Ultraviolence, Pendulum, Converge, The Prodigy, Digital Hardcore Recordings, Mokum Records...
The report of our specialized agents acquainted with the gang's new tracks mentions "a slaughter, a tsunami of decibels belonging to no chapel but desecrating them all and, fearing neither god nor man, violating the breakcore, hardcore, electro-Industrial, metal and tekno hardcore foundations..."
This contagious curse would be followed by two vinyl locks with partner in crime Manu le Malin, then by Sepultura's cover ("Dictator Shit") on upcoming compilation Vol 2 (Kiowa Records/ Pias).
Maximal alert, the band now supported by Base productions (Gojira, Lofofora) would not plan to stop its misdeeds... The danger is imminent and Moshpit's putsch, furthermore threatening...
