German drummer in the region of Frankfurt, Dieter Arnold studied drums and percussion
jazz werkstatt Darmstadt to Wiesbaden Conservatory and the Academy of Arts tonal Darmstadt.
Jazz musician, his natural taste turned to improvised music and free jazz, exploring numerous meetings with musicians like monika Meggendorfer Project Antakarana, Charlie Mariano and Marcus Stockhausen in 1998, Joachim Kuhn and Marc Sarrazy.
He has made several solo albums with his label Rucilo records,www.rucilorecords.de, including "Mockscha" in 2001, "The door with no return" with joachim kühn (altosax) in 2003, "Louis XIVs Love Trance" with marc Sarrazy (piano) paul Schwingenschögl (tr, fluegelhorn) hans Hoehn (bass, contrabass)
In 2008 he recorded an album as a duo with bass clarinettist Laurent Rochelle, "Short stories" which will be released in France on the label Linoleum records.
