This trio was originally a street band. Their recipe : funny lyrics with acoustic rock 'n' roll music. Their very provocative (for years they have been ending concerts totally naked) and politically engaged shows , always hit the bull's eye. Resistance started to organize around this project. Label AND Music was founded to take care of their records, tours were set up. 3 albums were released in 3 years. The band toured continuously thanks to Nancy associations DecibelProd and 2Dtour.
The album « Noir... » is a turning point for the band. Ambitiously orchestrated to bring back to life libertarian lyrics gathered over 130 years... and the arrival of 3 musicians to defend the album on tour. David Vincent gets fired from the band he had created by Kraspek and Frankoua just before the launching of the album, and the band becomes a quintette. Early 2005, after judiciary battle of more than a year over the rights to an ADTF trademark (and its use), David Vincent wins the battle and decides to bury the name Les Amis d'ta Femme. He goes his own way with his Mutants, while Frankoué and Kraspek take the name of Les frères couenne. Les Frères Couenne lit up in november 2006, whereas Les Mutants still exist.
