With its strolls folk song tendency indie tinged with melancholy, Colorblind wraps the listener in a familiar cocoon. Entitled " Under has to paper moon ", the first album of this new group stand out as well the entry of the brothers Mudry to a musical genre different from the one as they practised until then, namely the rock.
These finely chiselled melodies which make the beautiful part in the acoustic guitar give a sensitive, but ever precious folk song. Among the knocks of heart, we shall mention for example " lullaby " or "my heart is grey".
In a poetic atmosphere which is gladly tinged with bitterness this moon of paper denounces the materialism which suffocates us. Served on CD by a palette of discreet instruments, these songs were conceived to be played as well in duet as with a whole orchestra.
The whole is served by aloud but stamped well voice by Vito, which agree well in the style of these strolls. In brief, a very good album.
