Shooting drum'n bass into live unexplored areas is one definition of Interlope as the duet is based upon live performances which consist of improvisation and permanent dialogue using samplers, synthesizers, mixing desk and effects...each member is writing his own patterns and tracks to finally mix them all together live.

Interlope has always been in permanent mutation since their beginning in 1999. Not contenting themselves with their galloping beats and rich mix of drum'n bass and techno which have made their renown in the drum'n bass and free movements, they now flirt with a vibe closer to breakbeat and electro hip hop \\ even though they still give let all loose in parties.

A direction already tackled on their first album ''Talk to the Beat''(jarring effect), released in 2002, and then strongly asserted, sharpened, refined, particularly by collaborating with many artists, on ''Electrified'' (Expressillon), released on 2004.

experimental and spontaneous approach of music, Interlope, having achieved maturity, doesn't need to force the pace anymore to captivate and all the strength of their digital creations reveals itself in full expressive bloom.

A power henceforth amply recognised in Europe, the duellists having accumulated a large number of gigs since their association in 1999, from the Vieilles Charrues festival 2003 (biggest open air festival in france), to teknivals, festivals, concerts halls, clubs and raves all over France, in England, Germany, Spain, Swizerland and even South Africa.

After releasing a 12' vinyl featuring live sessions in London (nov05-Expressillon), the band finished the 'HIGHT TONE Re-Processed' remix project featuring remixes of the massive French dub band in 2006 : 5 tracks remixed by Interlope and other remixes by Le Peuple de l'Herbe, Hybrid Sound System and more. (out June 2006 on label Jarring Effects).

They have been since working on their third album 'Petits Arrangements entre Amis' to be released on cd and double vinyl later in May 2007.
