Produced by Swiss duo Tastatur, this album is that rare case of a healer. Part homelistening experience, part club adventure, it fuses quirky, uplifing synth modulations with drony melodies, creating an overall atmosphere that is awash in an atmosphere of soothing bits and beats.
Released on the Berne’s very own imprint Everest records, Tastatur have infused their electroid template with a knack for playfulness: It’s a sound that chirps, bubbles and shimmers. A sound that equally explores the emptiness of space: these dubby maelstroms will suck you in just like that. With „Electric Lounge Machine“, Tastatur offer proof that they are masters at balancing out moods: This is electro with a pulse and a heart and a twist.
Tastatur is the collaborative project of Berne-based producers Jakob Stoller and Daniel Wihler. Both artists are long- time friends and share a deep passion for going beyond the conventions of the dancefloor.
