The Compiègne Drum-Fanfare, always eager to renew its repertoire, launches a new project gathering two traditional ensembles very different from one another both in origin and in style. The encounter will evolve thriugh 6 original creations.
Four bagpipes, four bombards, two Celtic snare drums and the 40 brass and percussions instruments of the Compiègne Drum-Fanfare will form this large orchestra.
Just like the show "Rencontre" created in 2002, "Celticuivres" will be recorded and performed in a dozen of French cities.
