After " Verdad " EP ‘s release with remixes of Kelpe, Ghislain Poirier, aus et Vompleud, Fedaden delivers his third album for Nacopajaz
That album « Broader », rich of 13 tracks has been nurtured both on scene and at home that gives more abrasion to the tracks sligthly more up-tempo and dedicated for the dancefloor. Big acid bass of « Music Box » and « key » comes like to harden the intention balanced by Bright melodies and mysterious atmosphere that Fedaden only owns the secret.
A very interesting vocal collaboration with Dominique A comes to surprise us on « Danseur inutile » where he puts a dancer soul-searching words on an elegant but touching electronica ballad.
Fedaden‘s polished production is digging his own sound made of lo-fi broken beats, strings arrangements, analog vibrating synthesizers, electronic parasites with an incredible sense of poetry and sensibility.
Fedaden's music is always made of little events to appear deep in the mix, like on the track
« Broader » that seems to draw the same line when small arrangements follows each other giving an incredible force to the melody
His music is becoming more frontal on « Music box » a rock dancefloor catchy track made of corrosive acid bass, more bouncy on « Key » with tribal beats, sharpen sounds producing a bounce in the middle of the album.
Fedaden is also very influenced by classical music, especially Debussy and Satie's Works that we may find in his finest electronica without using any samples, shaping with great attention any kind of sounds. This album also drive us into ambient fields like « Atlantis » and « Contrecoeur » that comes to punctuate the album of mysterious but deep introspections.
That guy confirms here, with this masterpiece LP all hopes that we had on his delicate work bringing a demanding but sensible electronic music that marks his personal print on a french electronica scene that tracks down one of his brilliant representative.
